Every action maps to a rule. A deterministic policy engine, mirrored on chain, rejects anything outside the contract: wrong asset, stale data, breached limit.

Each trade gets an on-chain receipt tied to the thesis version, the rule that fired and the evidence hash. Anyone can check compliance in the public verifier.
